Synarbor Education and Supply Desk: Are leading agencies providing services throughout the UK and Overseas. Our network of 15 regional offices are able to supply teachers, SEN specialists, interim FE’s, leaders, support staff, one-to-one tutors, cover supervisors and nursery nurses to a diverse range of education establishments.

In addition to the core agency business our agencies are also able to offer the advanced services made available through Synarbor as well as access to our specialist MSP brand TeachIn.TeachIn: The MSP (Master Service Provider) TeachIn was the UK’s first Educational MSP provider and started with the successful Teach in Harrow scheme. TeachIn operates over 20 schemes across the UK delivering capped rate agency services to schools, clusters and local authorities and is the only educational MSP in the UK to hold the DfE Quality Mark. Our company ethos and motto has for many years been “every person matters”, it is our core value that we care for our clients and candidates, this ensures at all times that we can deliver the best possible services to you. Our name was formed to reflect our internal structure and our niche positioning. Through the amalgamation of two words, we are able to encapsulate the essence of our brand and the shared vision for our solution.

The first, ‘Synergy’ is a word that describes our outlook on service provision and communication, whereas the second, ‘Arbor’ is the Latin word for trees and is a description of our own progressive product tree that ensures our services reflect our client's needs. By merging the two together to form ‘Syn-arbor’, we are able to show how we have leveraged our internal synergies within the groups’ network to produce a connective product tree to continuously better our provision. Synarbor Plc. has a global structure but with local knowledge, demonstrating that ‘the whole is greater than the sum of the parts’.
